John Lancet
Associate Managing Director
John Lancet is the Associate Managing Director for the Miami office of HVS International. HVS is a hospitality and timeshare consulting company that operates internationally from twelve offices in seven countries. With a staff of more than 150 professionals, the company has provided consulting services for more than 10,000 hotels in all 50 states and in over 60 foreign countries. Over the past ten years that John has been with HVS, he has appraised and/or consulted on more than 100 hotels, resorts, and/or timeshare developments located throughout the United States. Prior to joining HVS, John obtained his operating experience from several hotels located in South Florida and also worked as a regional manager for a major timeshare company. A graduate of Florida International University’s School of Hospitality Management, John is a certified general real estate appraiser in Florida and is also an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
