Mr. Gary L Johnson

Gary Johnson has been part of the HVS Miami team for the past seven years and has appraised and/or consulted on more than 150 hotels, vacation ownership, and mixed-use developments located in 21 states and ten countries. Prior to joining HVS, Gary obtained operational experience with a regional hotel company with hotels located in the Midwest and south regions of the United States. In addition to expertise in valuation and consulting of all types of hotel products, Gary has also gained significant consulting and valuation experience with shared ownership real estate, including private residence clubs, fractional offerings, and timeshare. A graduate of Southern University, Gary has also completed over 250 hours of education in preparation to obtain his Certified General Appraiser designation, and plans to complete the educational and examination requirements by the end of 2011.
