Mr. Daniel S Taccone

Daniel Taccone has been an employee of the HVS Miami office since 2006. His varied experience in hospitality operations enables him to specialize in consulting and valuation assignments that involve unique and complex assets including hospitality driven mixed-use projects, condominium hotels, timeshares, and fractionals. Daniel works extensively throughout North America, and has completed various assignments in the Caribbean, United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America.

Daniel was introduced to the hospitality industry at a young age while working for his family’s catering business. He later received his hotel operational experience from several of the world’s most renowned luxury hotel operators, including the Ritz-Carlton (Lake Las Vegas and Pasadena), the Four Seasons (Las Vegas), and the Viceroy Hotel Group (various properties in Los Angeles). Daniel is currently undergoing extensive training in the area of shared ownership services and is pursuing an Associate Resort Professional (ARP) designation from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).
