Support the President and CFO by overseeing administrative work. Specific responsibilities for company include:
* Managing licensing and corporate registrations in the various states where the company manages hotels.
* Follow-up on due dates for hotel take-over and marketing checklists to assure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
* Coordinate support (corporate) level projects.
* Member of the hotel take-over teams for new management contracts.
* Works on various aspects of cash management for managed hotels and supports the accounts payable process for hotels.
