Mr. Philipp J P Klohr

Philipp Klohr is a Senior Associate at HVS Hodges Ward Elliott and focuses on the sale of single-asset and portfolio transactions across EMEA. Before joining the firm in November 2010, Philipp worked for HVS as part of their Consulting and Valuation division, undertaking various single asset- and portfolio valuations as well as feasibility studies in a number of European markets.

Philipp graduated from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne with a B.Sc. in International Hospitality Management and a specialisation in real estate finance.
