Mr. Jimmy J Bae

Jimmy is a Senior Associate with the HVS Chicago Office. Prior to joining HVS, Jimmy gained over four years of valuable hotel operational experience at the Park Hyatt Chicago, serving as Guest Services Manager most recently. He also held various positions with InterContinental Hotels Group during early stage of his career.

Jimmy's recent engagements include a focus on market demand studies for military lodging as well as feasibility studies for upscale headquarter hotel properties with convention center attached in urban locations. He is currently working on feasibility, appraisal, and survey assignments in Midwest.
