Heidi Nielsen is a Project Manager with the HVS Atlanta office, and works from a satellite office location of Charleston, South Carolina.
Heidi earned her bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and has front-line hotel experience with The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. This hotel operations experience allows Heidi to provide a level of insight and expertise critical to the hotel appraisal or consulting assignment. As an Associate, Heidi oversees and executes site inspections, analysis, and report preparation for our valued clients.
Heidi spent a semester in college studying at the University of Reading in Reading, England and loved traveling throughout Europe during this time. She enjoys spending weekends at the beaches of Sullivan’s Island and the Isle of Palms and exploring Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. She also enjoys playing tennis and attending Charleston RiverDogs and Charleston Battery games.
