Mr. Zubin Saxena

Zubin Saxena is Senior Vice President with HVS - New York. Zubin has performed hundreds of complex national (over 40 states) and international hotel consulting and valuation assignments. These assignments have ranged from individual and portfolio hotel valuations, appraisals, and feasibility studies, to identifying target markets and formulating global expansion strategies for prominent international hotel brands. Zubin also specializes in the area of Hotel Management Contract Negotiations, Operator Searches, and Management Contract Valuations. He works very closely with Steve Rushmore on such assignments. Prior to joining HVS, Zubin gained about four years of hotel operations and managerial experience working with various luxury hotels in New Delhi and Srinagar, India.

Zubin holds an MBA from the School of Business and Management, University of Glasgow, UK, where he graduated with distinction. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, as well as a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Delhi. He is currently undertaking classes towards the attainment of the State Certified General Appraiser designation and has substantially completed course requirements.
