Bill Underwood is the Vice President of HVS Capital’s Capital Markets Department. He specializes in the structuring of complex securities and debt instruments. Mr. Underwood leads placement activities for Capital Market Institutions globally.
Prior to joining HVS Capital Corp., Mr. Underwood spent 29 years with First Denver Mortgage Company, a regional lender representing 14 insurance companies lending in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and California markets. He served as an analyst and underwriter and became one of the firm’s leading loan originators. During this time, he served as the Director of Capital Markets; Phoenix Branch Manager and Arizona Regional Manager. Mr. Underwood became a principal in 1993.
Mr. Underwood has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona and majored in International Relations and Economics.
