Mr. Jonathan Liles

Over the past decade, Jon has worked in a variety of settings in the leisure and recreation field, including city recreation, resort activities, master-planned communities, high-rise luxury condominiums, fitness centers and spas. Jon joined WTS International in 2007 and has worked in various capacities in the Southeast Region of the US, from day-to-day facility and lifestyle operations to providing regional support for the corporate team. He has also served as a regional Operations Director for WTS, overseeing and assisting Directors in a variety of settings, including residential community clubhouses, fitness centers and spas. Additionally, Jon has been responsible for assisting with needs assessment studies and pre-openings, developing operating budgets, creating marketing plans, mentoring and providing training in daily operations, all while maintaining a clear line of communication with the client.

With HVS Spa and Leisure, Jon focuses on business development, needs assessment studies, operational audits, daily operations and special projects. He holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from Barry University (Miami, FL) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Management from Ohio University (Athens, OH).
