Investor Search - Airport Hotel, Terminal 3 Changi Airport Singapore

HVS International was appointed as an advisor to procure a reputable investor for the development of a state-of-the-art airport hotel at the upcoming Terminal 3 of Singapore Changi Airport. Following a competitive bidding process, the 7,700-square-metre site was successfully awarded to L.C. Development Ltd. The 300 to 350-room hotel will be managed by InterContinental Hotels Group, and is expected to be flagged as a Crowne Plaza hotel.
