Senior Valuers and Consultants

As part of its growth strategy for Greater China, HVS is recruiting talented professionals to join its team of valuers and consultants covering Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong SAR and other parts of China. The company provides consulting, valuation and investment services to international investors, financial institutions, investment funds, developers and owners of hotel, resort and serviced apartment properties.

Requirement:

• University Degree in hotel, real estate, law and/or finance disciplines;
• Commitment to high professional standard;
• Strong analytical and report writing skills;
• Excellent written and spoken English and/or Mandarin;
• Computer literate and numerate;
• Integrity and good interpersonal skills;
• Professional qualifications of RICS, HKIS, MAI, etc an advantage;
• Desire to travel regularly as part of the job.
