Qualifications

Applicants must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in hotel administration and some hotel operations experience or a degree in business administration with significant hotel operations experience. We are a team-oriented organization providing individual support and training in real estate appraisal and consulting for hotels, restaurants, casinos, golf courses, time-share, fractional, and condominium hotel properties.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in hotel or business administration
• Hotel operations experience
• Able to work efficiently and independently
• Strong writing and verbal skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willing to travel
• Able to work concurrently on multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial statements
• Deliver routine and complex appraisal and consulting assignments in a professional and timely manner with minimum direction
• Effectively prepare and revise spreadsheets and written reports to support analyses and conclusions for client presentations
• Interact on a professional level with hotel operators, developers, owners, bankers and other industry professionals
• Participate in professional organizations and associations, and attend seminars and conferences
• Publish articles in industry journal
