Our consultants, under the direction of Roland de Milleret, appraised all the major recent hotel transactions that occurred in New York, including the Mandarin Oriental, the W Union Square, The Plaza, the Waldorf=Astoria, the Hilton Towers, and the Doubletree Times Square. We appraised The Plaza as part of its pre- and post-conversion to a mixed-use luxury development. Other hotels of significance that HVS New York has appraised include the Peninsula, the New York Palace, the Gansevoort, the Westin Times Square, and the Bryant Park.
Our expertise is tapped by developers and lenders for proposed hotel projects. HVS New York has completed assignments on some of Manhattan’s most prestigious hotel projects for numerous lenders and real estate developers, providing consulting and appraisal services for developments such as the Standard, the Gansevoort Park, the Mondrian, the Gramercy Park, the London NYC, the Trump SoHo, and the Shangri-La.
