Our Consulting and Valuation expertise extends throughout Central Florida through
our satellite office in Orlando. Seasoned industry executive Donald Stephens oversees
the appraisal and advisory services for assets located in the Greater Orlando area
and beyond.
Our office also serves as the worldwide headquarters for the
HVS Shared Ownership Services
division. As a result, many of our professionals are cross trained in providing
consulting and valuation services for shared ownership real estate; i.e. hospitality
driven mixed-use real estate, vacation ownership projects, private residence clubs,
fractional real estate, condo-hotels and branded residential resort real estate.
Our entire professional staff are licensed appraisers/valuators who work
in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and
who are subject to annual professional continuing education requirements.
