Market and Feasibility Study for Components of Master Plan of a Redevelopment Project, Seoul, Republic of Korea

Project
The project was headed by RTKL out of Los Angeles and
included a team of consultants from HVS Hong Kong and Singapore as well as
a third consultant team out of Canada. The ultimate client was Korean-based.
The HVS Assignment
- HVS provided market studies and economic feasibility analysis for the hotel, serviced apartment, private club, timeshare, gaming, food and beverage as well as meeting space components.
- The goal was to ensure the economic viability of the reconfiguration of the development, anchored by a new-built water park.
Results
Throughout the course of the project, HVS was able to
support the consultant team with important insight into the cultural context
in facilitating the work flow of the assignment.
