Dubai - Overview

Covering the Middle East Region and Egypt, the Dubai office of HVS offers a full array of market feasibility studies, valuations, development consulting, timeshare studies, due diligence for M&A activity, operator search and selection - coupled with management contract analysis and negotiations, and strategic advice. We advise on the development of new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments working with developers, architects and other development team members to conceptualise the optimal accommodation product for a particular site.

The Dubai office will further expand HVS business in the Middle East region. Over the last few years, the Middle East team, based in London, has advised on more than 80 assignments throughout the Middle East, with total worth of capital employed of approximately US$10.0 billion.

Many of our clients are leading hotel companies, hotel development and investment groups, and banks, and the firm is on the valuation panels of several of the leading international financial institutions with interests in financing hotels and portfolios.

Our assignments are staffed by people who fully understand the hospitality industry. Most have degrees or MBAs in hotel management, and actual hotel operating experience as well as extensive training in real estate.
