Director & Senior Manager

As part of its growth strategy for China, HVS is recruiting director and senior manager of property consultancy, valuation and investments to be based in Beijing.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years experience in real estate consultancy, valuation or investments;
• University Degree in real estate, hotel management or economics disciplines;
• Commitment to high professional standard;
• Strong analytical and report writing skills;
• Excellent written and spoken English and/or Mandarin;
• Computer literate and numerate;
• Integrity and good interpersonal skills;
• Professional qualifications of RICS, HKIS, MAI, etc an advantage;
• Desire to travel regularly as part of the job.
