The Athens office of HVS International established and become operational in the autumn of 2006, further expanding the HVS’ presence into the Balkans and the Eastern Mediterranean.

Managed by the experienced industry professional, Demetris Spanos, the Athens office provides a wide range of consulting services for hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and mixed-use developments in the region.

The Athens office also works closely with the extensive network of the other HVS offices in servicing both the local and the extensive overseas interests in this region.
